If 30% and Above Advance made from Total Booking amount below conditions are apply👇
- 7-14 days prior notice 20% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- 4-7 days prior notice 10% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- 0-3 days Prior notice there is NO REFUND.If 100% Advance made from Total Booking amount below conditions are apply👇
- 7-14 days prior notice 80% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- 4-7 days prior notice 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- 0-3 days Prior notice NO REFUND.Note:
- Bookings made within the span of 4 days there will be no Refund in case of Cancellations.
- If you are eligible for Refund, the Refund will be initiated within 3 working days.Note -
1. If the number of guests is reduced on the day of Check-in guest has to pay the full payment.
2. Balance amount should be cleared during Check-In by Cash/UPI (No Credit/Debit card).
3. Activities and Campfire are subjected to weather conditions.
4. Starters will be charged extra on orders.
5. Damage to property will be fined.
6. No outside food is allowed.
7. Loud Music & Kitchen strictly closed at 10:30pm.
8. Insects and Leeches are common near stays in Malnad regions & Farm stays.
9. Carry your own Alcohol & Cigarette. Strictly No consumption of this inside room, no alcohol allowed in day Outing package.
10. Drugs/Weed and Illicit items are strictly not allowed inside the property and in such cases, we will immediately inform the nearest police station.
