• Malnad Stays will not be liable for any disruptions caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
3) Changes to the Terms
Malnad Stays reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
4) Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
