Reservation Policy

- Reservations are confirmed only upon 100% advance payment of the total booking amount.

- A confirmation voucher containing your booking details will be sent via WhatsApp once the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
If 30% or more advance payment is made (of total booking amount)

- 14–21 days prior to check-in: 20% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.

- 7–14 days prior to check-in: 10% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.

- 0–7 days prior to check-in: No refund will be processed.

If 100% advance payment is made (of total booking amount)

- 14–21 days prior to check-in: 80% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.

- 7–14 days prior to check-in: 70% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.

- 0–7 days prior to check-in: No refund will be processed.

Note

Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

General Terms & Conditions

- Guest Count: If the number of guests is reduced on the day of check-in, the full booking amount remains payable.
- Balance Payment: Any remaining amount must be cleared during check-in via Cash or UPI only. (Credit/Debit cards are not accepted.)
- Property Damage: Any damage to property or amenities will attract a fine equivalent to the cost of repair/replacement.
- Food Policy: Outside food is not allowed within the property premises.
- Alcohol & Smoking: Guests may carry their own alcohol and cigarettes, but consumption inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Substances: Drugs, weed, or any illicit items are strictly banned. In case of violation, local authorities will be immediately informed.
- ID Proof: Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
