Cancellation Policy
If 30% Advance made from total Booking amount*
- 7-14 days prior notice 20% advance amount refunded.
- 4-7 days prior notice only 10% of the advance paid will be refunded.
- 0-3 days prior notice NO REFUND
If 100% Advance made from total Booking amount*
- 7-14 days prior notice 80% advance amount refunded.
- 4-7 days prior notice 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
- 0-3 days prior notice NO REFUND
Terms & Conditions
1. ID Proof is mandatory.
2. Balance amount should be cleared during Check-In only by Cash/UPI.
3. No Credit/Debit card accepted at the stay.
4. Activities/ Campfire are subjected to weather conditions.
5. Starters will be charged extra on orders.
6. Damage to property will be fined.
7. No outside food is allowed.
8. Loud Music & Kitchen strictly closed till 10:30pm.
9. Insects/Leeches are common near stays in Malnad regions.
10. Carry your own Alcohol & Cigarette. Strictly No consumption of this inside room.
11. Carry your own towel as per Covid protocol.
12. Drugs/Weed and Illicit items are strictly not allowed inside the property and in such cases, we will immediately inform the nearest police station.
